內容︰

一、110-2 研究生畢業論文繳交重要時程：

• 電子論文上傳截止日：2022年8月17日（三） ※因故無法及時上傳者，請提早聯絡圖書館承辦人
• 研究生離校手續截止日：2022年8月25日（四）

※圖書館審核依電子論文上傳順序，約須1-2工作天，不接受急件辦理，如因自身需求須提前離校者，請務必自行預抓時程，以免耽誤離校時程。

二、本學期電子論文上傳注意事項：

• 上傳圖書館論文系統之電子論文，須檢附包含指導教授、口試委員及系所主管完整簽名的「口試委員會審定書」掃描檔（放在封面和摘要頁中間）。
• 論文系統Step3上傳之學位論文授權書，研究生須為親筆簽名，請務必印出授權書親筆簽名（指導教授可電子簽名）。

三、研究生至圖書館繳交畢業論文時，應備妥以下項目：

• 平裝紙本論文 1冊 ：請至圖書館網頁查詢裝訂說明
• 學位論文授權書 2份 ：論文系統Step.3印出表單後簽署，研究生須親筆簽名
• 審核結果<通過>通知信 1份 ：電子論文審核通過Email直接印出
• 若【紙本論文需申請延後公開者】請另備以下項目：（僅電子論文延後公開不用）
  (1) 延後公開申請書（本校、國圖各1張）：紙本論文應以公開為原則，須符合學位授予法所述條件（機密、專利申請或依法不得公開）方可申請，申請期限至多5年，申請次數以1次為限
  (2) 延後公開證明文件2份（本校、國圖各1份）：圖書館並未規定證明文件形式，可看出與延後公開理由相符即可，未檢附證明文件者將退回申請

四、疫情期間為避免不必要之人員接觸，建議可先參考圖書館網頁說明，減少到館詢問：

• 論文比對、上傳及繳交說明：圖書館首頁／右下角「研究生畢業專區」
• 電子論文上傳步驟、論文審核重點：本校論文系統／左方「建檔說明」
• 下載延後公開申請書、論文範本、《圖書館研究生畢業論文說明手冊》：本校論文系統／左方「下載區」

1. Deadlines for Spring-Summer 2022 graduation procedure:

• Deadline for uploading the electronic thesis: 2022/8/17(Wed.)
• Deadline for finishing all the graduation procedures: 2022/8/25(Thu.)

※ It takes 1-2 working days for the thesis validation. Any urgent request is not allowed. Please upload your full-text as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

2. Notices for uploading electronic thesis:

• The electronic thesis must include the photocopied "Oral Defense Committee Signature Form" with completed signatures. (put it between the title page and abstract)
• The signatures of the student on the authorization agreements printed out from the ETD System must be original signatures. Only the advisor is allowed to use the e-signature.

3. To finish the library’s graduation procedure, please prepare the following document:

• 1 copy of paperback thesis: follow the binding information on the library’s website.
• 2 copies of Authorization Agreements: print out the forms at Step3 in the ETD System.
• 1 copy of Thesis Validation *Approval* Email: print out the approval email directly.
• For those who needs to delay the open access date of your paper copies, prepare the following document as well:
  (1) 2 copies of Application Form of Embargo on Release of Thesis/Dissertation (1 for NTUT and 1 for NCL): only those whose thesis content is involving confidential information, patent registration or any legitimate reasons can apply for delaying the open access date for paper copies.
  (2) 2 copies of evidence materials: as long as the evidence material shows the reason for embargo, any kinds of the document will be accepted. However, the application will be returned if evidence material is not attached.
