Dr. Yii-Der Su is currently an Assistant Professor at the Graduate Institute of Intellectual Property, National Taipei University of Technology. He earned his LL.B. from the Department of Law at Fu Jen Catholic University, followed by a Master’s degree in Comparative Law from Aix-Marseille III University and a Doctorate in Law from the University of Strasbourg, both in France. His areas of expertise include intellectual property law, competition law, cultural heritage protection, and international comparative intellectual property law.
Upon returning to Taiwan, Dr. Su served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Financial and Economic Law at Fu Jen Catholic University, a consultant to the Control Yuan, a guest lecturer at the Judges Academy, and a speaker for academic events hosted by the French Office in Taipei. He is currently the Vice President of the Chinese Intellectual Property Protection Association, a founding member of the Taiwan-France Comparative Law Association, and a member of the Taiwan Intellectual Property Law Association.
