Dr. Yii-Der Su is an Associate Professor at the Graduate Institute of Intellectual Property, National Taipei University of Technology. He obtained his LL.B. from the Department of Law at Fu Jen Catholic University, and subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Comparative Law from Aix-Marseille III University and a Doctorate in Law from the University of Strasbourg in France. His primary research and teaching interests include intellectual property law, competition law, cultural heritage protection, and international comparative intellectual property law.

Upon returning to Taiwan, Dr. Su served in the Department of Financial and Economic Law at Fu Jen Catholic University, acted as a consultant to the Control Yuan, lectured at the Judges Academy, and has frequently been invited as a speaker at academic events organized by the French Office in Taipei. He currently serves as Vice President of the Chinese Intellectual Property Protection Association, a founding member of the Taiwan–France Comparative Law Association, and a member of the Taiwan Intellectual Property Law Association. He is also dedicated to advancing international academic collaboration and exchange.
